This past weekend we had a blast camping with our friends Greg and Angie. We had a really loose agenda/destination planned, actually we had nothing planned at all. We just rented a car left. Using kelly iphone to google things and places to go. It ended up working out and being a ton of fun. The Adirondacks are beautiful!
Here is our camp site the first night. We set up in the dark and weere pleasently suprised when we woke up to a really beautiful spot.
There were so many pretty trees!
We feel upon a beaver dam and pond on our hike. Cardon and Greg were obsessed with the gnaw marks.
The lookout at the top of our hike. It was so beautiful. Trees everywhere. We ate a packed lunch up here and laid out, soo relaxin.
If you look in the background you can see the old ski jumps from the olympics in Lake Placid...super cool.
Camp fires, smores, food campfire conversations and late night card games!
The trip wouldn't be complete without a dip in the lakes.

you guys dont know how good that looks to me right now. This summer has been so busy for us we didnt get a chance to go camping. That place looks so beautiful though. I bet you guys had lots of fun. miss ya
that looks so dreamy! it was so fun to finally meet you! we were like star struck after you guys left. you and your husband make such a cute pair.
