A few days ago some of my co-workers and one of our clients left work early and had a little informal team building celebration. What better way to do that then taking a cooking lesson? It was so fun! We went to the
NY Institute of Culinary Education I would definitely recommend it. We split up into three groups and each made a course (potato gnocchi with mushroom ragout, roasted striped bass filets with sauteed shallots and thyme orzo, and red velvet cakes with cream cheese icing). I helped make the potato gnocchi.
The guy to the left is my head creative director, Sven.
The girls with the hats are Kate and Jess, some of my fellow co-workers. I work with a really great team. They are all super nice and have made me feel right at home.
